Daniel Gold
Daniel Gold has a diverse professional background that he brings to bear on all his work related to real estate. He has worked in high tech, sales, marketing, operations, AI, and, of course, real estate, and regularly works on different entrepreneurial projects.
His work in real estate has seen him start from humble beginnings of not knowing the difference between NOI and gross revenue to having the capacity to take a transaction from inception to close, supporting and advising real estate sponsors and capital partners on the best way to achieve their desired goals. Daniel has built a global network of relationships that spans institutions, UHNWIs, Funds, Family Offices, and solo self-directed investors. His network consists of capital partners who can fund transactions of almost any size.

30+ year capital markets career as a lawyer and investment banker raising capital and investing as both principal and on behalf of clients globally. IFR award winning banker in investment grade bond underwriting and advising. Worked on over $820B + of transactions.

Arturo Martinovich
Investment executive with experience across global capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. Advised on more than $70B in capital transactions and participated in over 250 M&A deals across multiple sectors. Focuses on structuring complex investments, aligning capital with scalable operating platforms, and building strategic partnerships that support long-term value creation.
